Greenlight, the Atlanta-based technology company focused on family finance and safety, released its new creative brand platform, “Your Family. In Sync,” to promote its Greenlight Family Hub product, which launched in June. Together, the releases signal the company’s intent to move beyond financial planning into a broader platform for family organizing and task management.
Two new spots, “After School” and “Grandma’s Birthday,” depict two families of five smoothly moving through chores, event preparation and allowance payouts in synchronized, dance-like choreography. Denver-based indie agency Good Conduct produced the spots, which director Charlie Di Placido and choreographer Will West brought to life. Both creatives previously worked on brand campaigns for Gap and music videos for neo-soul group Jungle. Composer Jamie Lloyd Taylor, who also collaborates with Jungle under his moniker Mood Talk, created an original track for the spots.
“When we landed on the creative idea … everything clicked,” said Rob Lewis, cofounder and ECD at Good Conduct, in a statement. “All the little moments of family chaos became opportunities for choreography and alignment.”
Greenlight offers the Family Hub as a home tablet with an optional subscription add-on that compiles and streamlines schedules, grocery and to-do lists, household responsibilities, rewards and location tracking with alerts. It also features a voice-directed AI assistant, functions as a photo frame and integrates with existing calendar, email and photo apps.
The hub aims to provide a single platform for money, safety and daily routines, shifting household management toward a collective family effort rather than relying on the traditional advertising trope of the mother doing it all.
“Family life shouldn’t require a patchwork of apps, calendars, sticky notes and mental checklists,” said Nira Patel, VP of brand at Greenlight, in a statement. “Technology should simplify the chaos, not add to it. This campaign introduces a new chapter for Greenlight and a new vision for what it means to keep families in sync.”
Greenlight plans to roll out additional spots depicting soccer practice, carpooling and family gatherings at a later date. The campaign builds on the company’s previous creative work, which includes its 2022 Super Bowl debut starring actor Ty Burrell.
